NURSERY RHYME BLOCKS
Imagine the amazement of a young child when she discovers that whenever she hands her mother the block with the cow and the moon on it, her mother says the same charming words—a nursery rhyme about the cow jumping over the moon—every time! This puts the child in charge of the situation, which is very good for a developing self image. Children love repetition at this age, and these blocks give an opportunity for a quick and easy selection of their favorite rhymes. Later they may be the first thing that a child learns to read on her own. There are two sets of nine wooden blocks, each with a completely different set of nursery rhymes and beautifully carved pictures. 1.75" wooden cubes.
